The space:
Located within the secure Marbella Club Golf Resort, which is just a short 20 minute drive from the famous Puerto Banús, Marbella and Estepona, the villa is situated at the end of a private road. The exterior of the property is constructed in the timeless Andalucian style, but complemented by more modern architectural features.
Through the front door, guests will find a wash room on the immediately on the left, with the bespoke kitchen along the corridor to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of of the essentials and top of the line appliances expected of a property of this standard. There is a wine fridge, and separate utility room with washer & dryer. The kitchen gives access to an outside terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining.
The dining room is straight ahead once through the front door. It comfortably seats 10, and like the majority of the ground floor, has built in speakers in the ceiling.
The living room is on the right. It offers a large flat screen tv with IPTV and is tastefully furnished throughout. Here is it is also possible to access to the long exterior terrace that runs the length of the ground floor. The first of the guest bedrooms is located through the door on the right of the living room. The ensuite has a separate bath and shower, and the room offers a queen sized bed with TV.
The first bedroom upstairs is the master bedroom. This grand room offers walk in wardrobes, private terrace, ensuite with separate bath and shower, and spectacular views from the large windows.
There are two more bedroom on this floor, each furnished as luxuriously as the last, which share a large bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Downstairs in the home gym completed with Technogym equipment (with TV in the room), stunning home ‘bodega’, the pool bathroom (with shower), and the final bedroom that has 2 twin beds and is ensuite (with shower).
Outside, guests can appreciate the peace, tranquility, and beauty of their surroundings. This can be done from the numerous terraces around the property, but also from the large garden to the East of the villa. The garden area offers a pristine pool, surrounded by sun loungers, hot tub, and sheltered dining area with BBQ.
