The doorway opposite the kitchen leads to the corridor of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the Master, offers 2 single beds that can be joined to create a large 180cm bed, and has access to an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds that has access to a second bathroom with walk-in shower.
Through large accordion style windows that can be fully opened, guests step out from the living room to the terrace. The terrace has an exterior table and 6 chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. There are also blinds that can be extended should more shade been needed.

The urbanisation has a large communal swimming pool (with shallow end), with plenty of green grass to sit on and fixed umbrellas to shade you. With the beach such a short walk away, and several bars and restaurants close by, this property is perfect for a holiday break!
Cabopino Marina is 6 km from the apartment, while Marina La Bajadilla is 6 km from the property. The nearest airport is Malaga Airport, 34 km from Stunning apartment metres from the beach - RDR222. You can stroll along the beach for miles and stop off at the many lovely cafes and restaurants on your way. There is a Supermarket steps from the apartment where you can purchase fresh bread daily and all your groceries and wines. There are also several other supermarkets within a short drive of the apartment where you can shop including a Lidl.
There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment including a Gastro Bar only steps away where you can enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner.
