This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the highly sought-after urbanisation of ‘La Dama de Noche’. The space The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) in Block 10. To the left of the entrance is the dining room, living room and terrace, the kitchen directly in front, and the two bedrooms and bathrooms to the right. The dining room has seating for 6. Living room has a three seater sofa with sofa bed and a two seater sofa, and a TV with cable channels. WIFI is available free of charge throughout the property. The large terrace looks into the urbanisation so there is minimal noise from road activities. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, and includes a Cooker, Crockery, Cutlery, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Glassware, Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Pots / pans, Toaster. The first of the bedrooms has two single beds, and has access to the opposite bathroom, which is complete with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom complete with shower, bath and hair dryer. The apartment has one underground parking space, and there’s also free public parking on site. Baby cribs and high chairs are also available at a small additional charge. Ronda, Sevilla, and Granada being within day-trip reach. The neighbourhood Easy access to all that Marbella has to offer is only a short journey by car, bus or taxi. Puerto Banús, combines sandy beaches with chic boutiques, department stores and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is also an ‘Iceland’ offering British traditional foods and a SuperCor Supermarket which is open 365 days a year and 20 hours a day. Both are within a 5-10 walk from the urbanisation. Puerto Banús is a ten minute walk (or less) and is perfect for a nights out or a daytime walk with all its restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs, and is a people watching hot-spot, complete with mega-yachts and luxury cars and designer boutique shopping. Although Puerto Banús has everything you could need for a perfect holiday, the local area provides you with all sorts of places and activities to visit. For a cultural, more relaxed visit, which can be enjoyed by people of all ages, you can visit famous places like Ronda, Villa de Rio Verde, which is a newly restored roman ruin, and the “Old Town”(aka Casco Antiguo) in Marbella! It’s absolutely beautiful with all its churches, chapels and of course the town hall, but the most recognisable sight is the “Orange Square” (Plaza de los Naranjos) which is framed by the orange trees it’s named after. For peaceful days to enjoy a picnic there are a large selection of green parks. These are placed all around the area and can be enjoyed at any time of day or year. Getting around The apartment is easily reachable. Only 30 minutes away from the Malaga airport, can be reached by taxi, bus and car.a
