The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday home, providing everything needed should you wish to cook or host at home away from home. The kitchen features: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, cutlery, glassware, etc. The cleaning room outside the kitchen also offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has plenty of space for all of it's guests. Well furnished and getting good light during the morning, the living room has; a dining area (seating for 6), 2 large sofas, functioning fireplace, TV with SKY television, WiFi, and access to the terrace outside. The corridor to the bedrooms begins with a bathroom on the right, the first bedroom (double bed) on the left, the second bedroom (2 single beds) further on to the left, a full bathroom (walk-in shower) at the end, and the doorway to the master on the right. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are similarly furnished, with the exception of the bed sizes, and share access to the bathroom at the end of the corridor, which offers a large walk-in shower. The master bedrooms has a full bathroom on the left (bath with shower, and separate large shower), a walk-in wardrobe on the right, and the bedroom itself in front. The bedroom has a king size bed, comfortable sitting chair, TV, direct access onto the terrace, and views of the swimming area. The terrace outside has several sitting/chillout areas, a couple of private sun loungers, and also features an al-fresco dining area next to a large gas BBQ. The swimming pool is open all year and offers complementary sun loungers that can be placed around the pool. The gated urbanisation is a quiet and relaxing place to stay, but is located conveniently close to San Pedro (5 minutes by car), Puerto Banús (10 minutes by car), and Marbella (15-20 minutes by car). It is also ideally situated for golfers, with numerous golf courses located within 10 minutes drive. The property is great for groups and families, but is not suitable for parties, events or stag/hen groups.
