Following a quick elevator ride to the top floor, through the front door guests will find the living room on the right, the corridor to the staircase to upstairs, the bedrooms and bathroom in front, and the kitchen on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the appliances and utensils expected of a holiday property (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer). The large living room has a dining area for 6 guests, 3 sofas (1 is a sofa bed), SMART TV with IPTV box (international channels with catch-up) and fibre optic WIFI. The living room has large windows that open out to a covered terrace with table and chairs, which has views over the communal swimming pool below. The first bedroom on the left has 2 single beds (can be joined), and has a small balcony that looks to the north (partial views of the La Concha mountain). This bedroom has access to the guest bathroom that has a bath/shower. The master bedroom has a large double bed, an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, and also has direct access onto the terrace shared with the living room. The enormous rooftop terrace is the perfect space for sunbathing, relaxing, dining and drinking. A gas BBQ is available free of charge (please clean following use). The main terrace provides great views of the sea, while the north part of the terrace has views of the iconic La Concha mountain. The apartment has strong WIFI that reaches all rooms, centralised air conditioning, and an underground parking space. The community is fully gated, and there is a shared large and childrens' pool. Bedding and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. The property is perfect for respectful families and groups. It’s proximity to Puerto Banús and the beach means you’re close to all the action (amazing restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping and activities), but as it isn’t in the centre of the port means that you can quickly escape the noise and excitement if you are in need of some relaxing.
