The large dining/living room is well furnished and enjoys stunning sea views through large windows over the marina. The terrace space includes a small table and 4 chairs. There is a blind that can extend over the terrace should the Sun be too strong, and also an electric blind that can be dropped should guests want the room to be darker. There is strong wifi throughout the property, and a tv in the living room. The central air conditioning (cooling and heating) is extremely powerful, and will keep you at your desired temperature without issue. In the parking garage under the apartment block, you will be given access to your private parking space (control for access).
